Features: NBL Invoicing is a Windows database-driven software application. It is targeted at SOHO, small and medium size businesses. You are able to issue quotations, manage as well as monitor invoicing. You can manage the sales process also through the issue of sale orders as issue invoices. First major features are related to collecting and maintain the database of contacts, customers, details of their every division and branch office and the contact person for each of these offices. You can collect details of your own employees too. Master editor will help you collect product information also on top of these other details. You would be able to view or print customer particulars. Customer`s contact person communication details can be managed easily. You will be able to export reports/listings in several formats that include PDF, XLS, DOC and RTF. The utility will let you create quotations or offers. Customer order, delivery order and customer invoices can be made without much trouble. Product delivery status, if the product order was actually delivered to the customer, can be monitored. Similarly the invoice process can be monitored closely, if the collections came in. You can store complete details of all the products that the organization sells. This process is supported by ship-from-stock feature.
